Lifetime Product Warranty

All Visual Merchandising frames and graphic mounting hardware feature a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturer's defects.  This means our dealers and their customers will have years of successful marketing.  Our Lifetime Warranty means that, given normal care, if anything goes wrong with a VM frame or the graphic mounting hardware, will will repair or replace them free of charge.

There are two distinctions to this policy:

1. any new product that arrives damaged, through no fault of the shipping agent, will be immediately replaced by VM at no extra charge for shipping.

2. any product that fails to perform in the field, even with normal and proper care, will be repaired, and if necessary replaced, by VM.  The customer will pay the cost of returning the item needing repair and VM will pay the return shipping cost.

If you ever have a problem with your Visual Merchandising products, simply call our toll-free number (877) 353 7550.  We will issue you and RA# (return authorization number) and ask that you ship the broken or damaged part to us prepaid.  After it is repaired or warranty replaced, it will be returned via Fed-Ex, at our cost.  In the alternative, we can send you the necessary repair parts, at no charge and you can make the repairs on-site.

We are invested in your success and believe this policy will encourage you and your customers to invest in us.  When we can guarantee your success, we can use it as a measure of our own success as well.
